Cars and motorcycles are free forever with no limits. For commercial vehicles, your first van is free. After that, plans scale from 2 vans (Pro at £2.99/month) up to 11 vans (Max at £19.99/month) with unlimited managed vehicles across your team.

Autodue has three roles: Owner (full access including billing, team management, and all data), Manager (manage vehicles, members, and view all fleet data), and Driver (read-only access to assigned vehicles plus the ability to complete walkaround checks).

From the organisation settings, tap "Invite Member" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation to join your fleet. Once accepted, you can assign them a role and allocate vehicles to them.

No. Drivers can only see the vehicles assigned to them. They cannot view other drivers' vehicles, checks, or activity. Owners and Managers have full visibility across the entire fleet.
