Yes! Personal cars (M1 type approval) are completely free with no limits. You can track unlimited cars for MOT, tax, and insurance reminders. We only charge for commercial vehicles (vans and HGVs) beyond your first free one.

Commercial vehicles include vans (N1 type approval) and HGVs (N2/N3). These are the vehicles that typically require daily walkaround checks for operator licence compliance. Your first commercial vehicle is free.

Every feature in Autodue is available on every tier — including walkaround checks, defect tracking, expenses, mileage, and more. The paid tiers give you more monthly uploads (for photos and AI document scanning) and let you add more commercial vans.

Uploads are when you attach photos or documents — like check photos, receipt scans, or invoice images. These use cloud storage and AI processing, so free users get a monthly allowance that resets each month. All other features (mileage logging, expense tracking, service management, etc.) are completely free with no limits.

You get the full suite: MOT & tax reminders, push notifications, DVLA sync, MOT history, expense tracking with 14 categories, mileage tracking, service management, insurance tracking, walkaround checks, defect tracking, and team management — all with no vehicle count limit. The only limit is a monthly upload allowance for photos and document scanning.

Yes! You can change your plan anytime in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Download the Autodue app from the App Store or Google Play, create your account, and subscribe from the settings menu. Payment is handled securely through Apple or Google, or via Stripe on Android.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription is managed through the App Store (iOS) or in the app (Android/Stripe). After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free tier.
